400+ AHC Systems: Growing Our Presence as a Leading AHC Partner

We are experiencing strong commercial traction across several key markets, confirming mTrack as a trusted Active Heave Compensation solution for demanding marine and offshore applications. Today, more than 400 Scantrol AHC systems are operating worldwide, including 250 mTrack units delivered to date. As adoption continues to grow, our technology is supporting customers across offshore, marine research, defence, and industrial applications.

Under the leadership of Suzy Zhu, our international sales manager, Scantrol continues to strengthen its position in the Chinese market. We have recently received new orders covering both 100-tonne offshore cranes and LARS applications, alongside a repeat order for large offshore cranes built on secondary-controlled hydraulic systems, delivered in collaboration with Bosch Rexroth. These results reflect years of dedicated business development and close customer collaboration in the region and point to growing adoption of mTrack among Chinese drilling and energy equipment manufacturers. “We are seeing a clear shift toward more standardised and easy-to-integrate control systems in the Chinese offshore market,” says Suzy Zhu.

Italy

Our OEM footprint in Europe continues to expand. Four Italian crane manufacturers now integrate mTrack, with HS Marine joining Scantrol's partner network as the latest addition, reinforcing mTrack's position as a control system Italian crane builders can add without custom engineering work.

Mission-critical and defence

Our role in mission-critical operations is also expanding. We are preparing to deliver 10 mTrack units to the defence sector, underscoring the reliability and robustness required for high-performance applications. Earlier this year, we announced that mTrack powers seven Hydramec UMS installations on Fugro's Blue Essence USVs, supporting the next generation of uncrewed offshore survey operations and reinforcing our position in the growing USV market.

North America

We are also strengthening our position in North America, with multiple new orders from LARS suppliers in the United States confirming mTrack as a preferred choice for advanced launch-and-recovery systems.

Towing applications: a growing area of interest

We're seeing rising customer interest in mTrack for towing applications, including side scan sonar, sub-bottom profilers, ROTVs, towed bodies, and towed cameras. This reflects growing demand for heave compensation on towed overboard equipment, beyond the more established crane, winch, and LARS use cases.

Overall, we continue to see increasing interest in mTrack from OEMs worldwide, reflecting the growing demand for affordable, easy-to-integrate Active Heave Compensation.
