As we continue to grow, we are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Director to lead our international sales strategy. 

The Role 

As Sales Director, you will be responsible for leading our sales team and for developing and executing Scantrol’s global sales strategy. You will also manage international OEM and distributor relationships, and drive revenue growth through strategic initiatives and hands-on leadership. 

Key Responsibilities 

  • Lead and inspire the sales team to achieve ambitious targets 

  • Develop and implement effective B2B sales strategies 

  • Manage and grow relationships with international distributors and OEM partners 

  • Identify new market opportunities and drive business development 

  • Represent Scantrol at international events and client meetings 

  • Collaborate closely with product development and marketing teams

Qualifications and Experience

  • Demonstrated success in leading B2B sales teams and driving revenue growth 

  • Solid background in the marine industry, with strong technical acumen 

  • Educational foundation in commercial or technical disciplines 

  • Proven experience managing and developing international distributor networks 

  • Familiarity with digital transformation trends and tools 

  • Experience working within SMBs is a strong advantage
