We Welcome Nor Marine As Our New Chinese Distributor
China has been and will continue to be a target market for Scantrol in the future. The company recently signed an agreement with Nor Marine in China in order to be even more present in the market.
Nor-Marine, who is also representing other Norwegian companies like Marine Technologies LLC and Vestdavit, works closely within a network of major offshore construction facilities for the Chinese Oil and Gas industry.
Active Heave Compensation is one of the main products that Scantrol wants to offer to Chinese manufacturers.
– We believe that there is a great potential for AHC in the Chinese market and we want to make this function available to all those companies that do not have this technology in-house, says Marketing Communications Manager, Anette Isabella Bergaas.
Scantrol recently received an order for supplying an Active Heave Compensation (AHC) control system to Soil Machine Dynamics Limited (SMD) for the Chinese engineering company, Shanghai Salvage. This will be an important reference for Scantrol in China.
