Scantrol continuously monitors the development of the COVID-19 situation. Our focus is on the well-being of our employees, customers and partners, and we are taking the necessary precautions in order to ensure the best possible outcome.
Most of our employees are now working from home office, limiting the number of people at the office to a minimum. We have established a communication platform to ensure effective cooperation both internally and externally, and we do our best to carry out our deliveries as planned.
We are obliged to follow travel restrictions issued by the Norwegian authorities, which means that we are not able to carry out any field service work until the situation improves. Our remote assistant service is fully operational, and we ask customers who need assistance with commissioning or troubleshooting to use this service.
